Kori Robbins joined FOPC in 2025 as their new associate pastor. She comes with a heart full of hope for the future and a deep love for God’s people. Born and raised in Montana, Kori grew up in an old mining town, where forests grow like fortresses among the mountains, the stories run deep and the winters taught her the importance of good tires and layered clothing.

Kori left home in 2018 to scale new heights—this time in the form of New York City’s skyscrapers—before heading to Pittsburgh to earn her MDiv in 2022 and eventually serving a small church in rural Ohio. She currently lives with her daughter Hattie, a Chihuahua named Enzo who thinks he’s a Great Dane, and a cat named Benjamin who is most definitely plotting something.

Outside of the pulpit, you’ll likely find her curled up with a romance novel (she has a soft spot for happily-ever-afters!), making playlists that range from old hymns to folk ballads to deep cuts, or hunting for sunny spots to sit and think. She’s an avid museum-goer, a curious historian at heart, and someone who gets genuinely excited about church meetings and a color-coded email inbox.

Her ministry is rooted in the belief that faith is not a set of fixed answers but an ongoing, ever-evolving journey, a sacred adventure we undertake together. She believe church is less about perfection and more about presence; less about knowing everything and more about showing up, listening, and loving boldly. For Kori, following Jesus isn’t always easy, but when done in community, it becomes something beautiful and transformative.
