Throughout the year parents of high school and middle school children are invited to get together to get to know each other better. Parents have an opportunity to discuss issues that come along with being a parent of a tween or a teen with other parents. Through education and fellowship this group helps parents support each other.
Calling all Mid and Senior High Parents!
Parenting of adolescents is a challenging time in any family's life. The issues facing them and you are staggering: drugs, alcohol, the internet, cell phones, texting, school and their social lives. To help you navigate adolescence, Fair Oaks is going to be offering TNT (parent's of teens and tweens) classes throughout the year.
Come on Thursday, October 6 at 7:00 pm and join in the conversation about what kinds of topics you would like us to address. Find out how other church families are coping with issues in their homes. We are planning on meeting once a month throughout the year. See you on the 6th.
