Fair Oaks

Thailand Ministry

Mission > In the World > Thailand Ministry

Missionary support to Thailand by Fair Oaks began in 1953, providing scholarships and financial support for over 50 years. These are some of the places where we have helped make a change:

Prince Royal’s College: A Presbyterian mission founded by Rev. David and Ada Collins, a school for boys. It is now a K-12 school and is co-ed.

McGilvary School of Theology: The Rev. Daniel McGilvary founded the school in 1889. Students receive an excellent education in preparation for ministry.

Payap University: Payap was the first private, church related school registered by the government in Thailand. The school was founded in 1974 and currently has an enrolment of 6,000.

Church of Christ In Thailand: Formed in 1936 based on the governance of the Presbyterian Church.
